Booked Flylink Shuttle from Tulum Airport to Dreams Tulum. The team was easy to find at the airport. Our driver was friendly and got us to our hotel with no issues. Highly recommend Flylink Shuttle! We waited longer than expected to get our checked bag and was concerned that we'd miss our reservation. I ended up calling their customer service to let them know, and they were super responsive and also gave us detailed instructions on how to find the Flylink Shuttle staff at the airport. Our transfer from the hotel to the airport also went super smoothly. Our driver was at our resort before the expected time. Shoutout to Fede for being such great drivers and being super helpful!

This was our first time flying into Tulum and we had read that airport transportation can be tricky. Flylink Shuutle made everything so easy! We loved the ability to book online and their instructions were very clear it made it so easy to find them at the airport. They were great at communicating with us prior to our pick up back to the airport and made sure we were comfortable on the journey. We will definitely book with them again if we come back to Tulum!

Fantastic experience with Flylink Shuttle for our round trip transfer from Tulum airport to our hotel. Everything was smooth and easy. On the way to our hotel, our driver made a short stop at a gas station for no additional charge. On the way back, we were 10 minutes late to meet our driver and he patiently waited. The company was also very responsive over email and I felt that all of my questions were quickly answered. Will definitely book with them again for our next trip to Tulum!
