We used Flylink Shuttle for a transfer from Excellence Montego Bay to Riu Palace Aquarelle. The driver was cordial, friendly, and had a wonderful demeanor. The pickup/dropoff went off smoothly and we had no real complaints. I would highly recommend Flylink Shuttle. The company was recommended by a friend. Our flight got changed to another airline at a different time, and we had issues with our luggage. I was able to communicate with the office through text message very easily. They were so responsive. It was such a relief when we finally arrived at the airport and found the Flylink Shuttle greeter who was so friendly. Our driver was terrific too. This company was the best!

Service was Amazing! Flight was delayed, did not experience any issues with transportation to our hotel. Drivers and other staff were friendly and provided quality customer service, especially Alando (very informative). Driver arrived on time picking us up from the hotel to transport us to the airport.
