We had a great experience! You just have to ask the airport staff where Flylink Shuttle airport transportation drivers are located at since they dont necessarily come out to meet you at the entrance. It was no problem for us though! The drivers were friendly, customer service responded quickly and we will definitely use them again for our next trip to Punta Cana thank you

We had a wonderful experience with Gerry. Our flight was delayed for a while but our driver was ready to go for us and made sure we stopped at a convenience store to get the drinks and snacks we wanted for the hour ride. He made sure we were comfortable with the temperature and gave us great recommendations on different local gems. He made sure to tell us when and where to come back for the return trip as well. 100% recommend this company for private transportation.
