Excellent service- great transport to and from the airport. Our driver Antonio was great- great conversation- gave us the ins and outs of the area/resorts, and taught us a little Spanish along the way. Will definitely be back and will be booking through Flylink Shuttle again!

We had an excellent experience with Flylink Shuttle for our private round trip shuttle from PUJ to The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort in July 2025. Online booking, communication leading up to the trip and finding them company reps at the airport were all seamless. We were warmly welcomed by the airport staff who quickly had us on our way to our vacation. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to VIP traveling in a Suburban both ways. The vehicles were clean and the drivers were wonderful. Martin was on time for our pick up.

We had a great experience! You just have to ask the airport staff where Flylink Shuttle airport transportation drivers are located at since they don’t necessarily come out to meet you at the entrance. It was no problem for us though! The drivers were friendly, customer service responded quickly and we will definitely use them again for our next trip to Punta Cana thank you

We had a wonderful experience with Gerry. Our flight was delayed for a while but our driver was ready to go for us and made sure we stopped at a convenience store to get the drinks and snacks we wanted for the hour ride. He made sure we were comfortable with the temperature and gave us great recommendations on different local gems. He made sure to tell us when and where to come back for the return trip as well. 100% recommend this company for private transportation.

We have now used Flylink Shuttle four times over the last several years when landing in Punta Cana and needing a shuttle transfer to our resort/hotel. They do a great job communicating and have consistently been on-time picking us up and dropping us off. Their drivers are always nice and professional and the whole service is just very reliable and competitive in pricing. They have become our "go-to" transfer service and we recommend them to others in the U.S. and Canada.

Hired to take us from Punta Cana airport to our hotel. They were easy to find once we exited the terminal. We waited just a few minutes for our ride and were at our resort in about 40 minute. Sebastian, our driver even had cold beers for us. We have used them before and will use them again.

Utilized them for our family's travel needs from the airport to the resort. They provided excellent service. The drivers were prompt, friendly but most importantly got all 11 of us to and from our vacation in a safe manor! Vehicles were newer and well maintained and comfortable too!!!

We really like Flylink Shuttle, this is our 2nd time with them. They are very professional, always on time and the deivers are very friendly and deive safety. Both time I requested a car seat for my 4 year old and they provided one even though is not required in Dominican Republic for children to use car seat. Overall we are very happy with their service.
